The hot water project is located in Jiangyin City, where a 500L 12kW commercial storage electric water heater was installed to provide domestic hot water.
Product Features and Functions
(1) Equipped with advanced ROBERTSHAW or Emerson control systems, WATTS temperature/pressure safety valves, and multiple controllers, thermostats, and protection devices to ensure safe and reliable operation.
(2) Durable construction with a gold-zirconium enamel inner tank, providing an extended service life of up to five additional years. Swedish Backer heating elements offer excellent corrosion resistance and help prevent scale buildup, achieving longer service life than traditional materials.
(3) Enhanced anode protection with high-quality magnesium anode rods configured according to the German DIN 4753 standard. The anode size is 60% larger than that of conventional electric water heaters, effectively improving inner tank protection and performance.
(4) Environment-friendly extra-thick CFC-free polyurethane foam insulation layer with uniform foaming structure and excellent thermal insulation performance. Even after 48 hours without power, the system can still provide hot water.
(5) Three-phase AC power supply with large-capacity and high-power design, featuring fast heating speed, high reheating efficiency, and large hot water supply capacity.
