GP-5B fully complies with the performance requirements specified in GB/T 25025-2025, the Chinese National Standard for Glass-Lined Equipment, delivering reliable corrosion protection and exceptional cleanliness for critical processing environments.

    Key Advantages of GP-5B White Porcelain Enamel

    Outstanding Alkali Resistance
    GP-5B offers significantly improved resistance to alkaline corrosion compared with conventional glass-lined enamel. Its enhanced durability makes it suitable for processing alkaline media while broadening the operating range of glass-lined equipment.


    Low Heavy Metal Leaching for Enhanced Product Purity
    GP-5B is formulated without cobalt, nickel, copper, or other heavy-metal colouring components. Heavy metal leaching is maintained at a very low level, helping minimise the risk of metallic contamination.

    This makes GP-5B particularly suitable for pharmaceutical manufacturing, food processing, and the production of light-coloured, high-purity fine chemicals where product cleanliness is essential.


    No Colored Ion Dissolution, Preventing Material Discoloration
    By eliminating cobalt-based coloring systems, GP-5B prevents the release of colored ions, effectively reducing discoloration issues during the production of light-colored intermediates, fragrances, and high-purity chemicals.


    Optimized for Photochemical Reaction Processes
    The white enamel surface minimizes visible light absorption, allowing more efficient light utilization inside the reactor. GP-5B is therefore well suited for glass-lined equipment used in photocatalytic and photochemical synthesis processes


    Excellent Visibility for Process Monitoring
    The clean white enamel surface allows operators to clearly observe material stratification, crystallization, suspended solids, and color changes through the sight glass, enabling real-time monitoring of reaction conditions.


    Facilitates Cleaning Validation
    Residues, scale, and surface contamination are much easier to identify on a white enamel surface. GP-5B supports GMP-compliant CIP cleaning validation and is well suited for pharmaceutical and food manufacturing environments where hygienic standards are critical
