High adhesiveness is proved by a 90° bending test of the steel plate;
Permeability of the groundcoat glaze layer is enhanced by introducing oxides that produce fine pores;
A bubble structure reasonably and uniformly distribut
The expansion coefficient matches the steel plate;
Grinding of the imported clay improves rheological properties (e.g., suspendability and pausibility) of the glaze slurry, generating more outstanding maneuverability
GWIPPO can supply ground coat glaze in either dry powder or slurry form, depending on customer requirements and application processes. However, for overseas clients, only powder form will be provided due to the restrictions.
Based on firing temperature, our conventional ground coat glaze is classified into three types: low-temperature ground coat glaze, medium-temperature ground coat glaze, and high-temperature ground coat glaze.
Our ground coat glaze offers excellent adhesion to steel substrates, a well-controlled bubble structure, and a wide range of available formulations. Customized solutions can also be provided to meet specific customer requirements.
