Wet Dipping Enamel
Wet Dipping Enamel
Wet Dip Enamel Glaze is a specialized enamel material designed for the dip enameling process of water heater inner tanks. Prior to application, it only needs to be mixed with an appropriate amount of water and a saturated sodium nitrite solution to achieve a uniform slurry. This glaze offers excellent adhesion and outstanding resistance to hot water corrosion.

Wet Spray Enamel
Wet Spray Enamel Glaze is a dedicated enamel material for the spray enameling process of water heater inner tanks. It provides excellent adhesion and superior resistance to hot water corrosion. In the spray enameling process, the enamel slurry is atomized with compressed air and sprayed onto the substrate. After drying, the workpiece is fired at 830–860°C, during which the enamel coating fuses with the steel surface to form a functional composite material with excellent mechanical and chemical properties. This process is not limited by product size or shape and offers high controllability. Defects can be effectively resolved through formulation adjustments.
