The inner liner coating uses GWIPPO’s proprietary water heater enamel, complying with Australian Y-level standards, EU RoHS regulations, REACH regulations, and China’s GB 4806.3-2016 food safety requirements. With Class A adhesion performance, excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and sudden temperature changes, it ensures safe and healthy hot water storage.

The insulation layer adopts an integrated high-pressure polyurethane foaming process, forming a seamless structure tightly bonded with the inner liner. This advanced insulation design effectively reduces heat loss, adapts to Xinjiang’s large day-night temperature variations, and significantly lowers energy consumption costs.

The system provides a total hot water storage capacity of 6,000L. With a modular design for easy installation and maintenance, it can be integrated with the hotel’s intelligent circulation system to achieve 24-hour constant-temperature and constant-pressure hot water supply.
